Biller & Associates is a single member consulting entity that specializes in the evaluation, management, and delivery of complex programs for government agencies and corporate clients in the DC Metro area.
Biller & Associates evolved from an entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge gained from completing an MBA program over 25 years ago. Scott worked at Freddie Mac for 19 years, then transitioned into Program Management leadership and consulting after obtaining the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and completing the Advanced Project Management Program at Stanford University. Scott later completed the Executive Leadership & Management Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. This unique combination of skills, background, and expertise has provided Scott with a solid foundation to deliver consulting and advisory solutions that optimize program delivery.
